It can be printed in PLA, no problems.

The cookie is 60mm on the longest side.

Here is the recipe you can get started with:

Ingredients

For the dough

Preparation

  • Add flour and sugar to a bowl. Add the butter in small pieces and the egg and knead into a shortcrust pastry. The dough may seem crumbly at first, but will then turn into a kind of crumb and finally a homogeneous dough with further kneading. If necessary, finish by hand.
  • Shape the dough into two balls and chill for at least half an hour wrapped in foil. Longer is better.
  • Preheat oven to 175 degrees Celsius top and bottom heat. Remove the first ball of dough from the refrigerator and let it come to room temperature for a short time. Flatten slightly with your hand. Then roll out on a lightly floured work surface or better yet between foil.
  • Cut out about 20-30 cookies depending on the desired size and place with some space between them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Proceed in the same way with the second portion of dough. Always knead the leftover dough together and chill briefly again.
  • Brush the cookies with a beaten egg yolk if desired. Bake for about 10-12 minutes until golden brown, depending on the thickness. Let cool, remove from the baking sheet and decorate as desired with icing, sprinkles etc.
