After printing, use a small knife to trim the excess material from the base, and if it feels too tight, extend and retract it several times for a smoother fit
Since materials vary across manufacturers, resulting in differing shrinkage rates, consider scaling the model up by 1003% after downloading if it feels too tight
V3: Added a smaller configuration, reduced by 40%, with a length of only 95mm and enhanced strength. A reinforced version has also been added, featuring 4 walls and 40% infill
V2: Added PLA and PETG configurations, both tested and printed; refer to the images and select your preferred material. Remember to retract the extension rod when blowing
V1: An exceptionally loud bird whistle, requiring no supports; print directly
Suitable for children's play or for use in street vending
The model comprises three parts per plate, with a print time of 12 hours
After printing, insert the slender rod into the blowpipe, then seal it with the threaded plug
PLA is the recommended material; tested on both A1 and P1S machines using a glass build plate, the configuration includes a brim to ensure problem-free printing (see images 2 and 3)
