Dry & Dry 1Qt & 1Gal Bottle Cap and Nozzle

By request, a replacement cap for a Dry & Dry 1Qt bottle.

Does it fit? Heck yeah, nice and snug!

Does it have unnecessary knurling? Sure does!

Is it air tight? I have no idea, but I hope so! 🤣

UPDATE DEUX: I've had a few folks report that scaling the model to 115% XY will properly fit the 1Gal/7.5lbs bottles. I've updated the print profiles to include these, but do not have a 1Gal bottle to test it on myself.

UPDATE DREI: I've added two new plates (models are in green) which have rotated the angle of the spout by 45° CW to better align with most jugs and increased the diameter of the spout hole by 1/16" for better flow. Both 1qt and 1gal versions are included.

UPDATE 20250606 - v4 “Widemouth”

I've heard your feedback! I've modified the design and made an even larger “Widemouth” version that has a thicker-walled spout with an oval shape that - in my testing - has not impeded flow at all. It may be harder to line up to small inlets depending on your containers, but after looking through some of the most popular current designs this should not be a big problem. I have also enabled four little brim ears by default that should help with poor plate adhesion.

PLEASE NOTE

Dry & Dry has two different styles of bottles for the 1 gallon size. There is a flat-handled bottle with a smaller cap and an angled-handled bottle with a larger cap. I've never had the larger cap version delivered when I've ordered so I can't measure it. I've seen the 8lbs bottles with the small cap and the 7.5lbs bottles with the large cap. These caps only fit the flat-handled, smaller cap size bottles.
