Thank you for printing my configuration, but why is the base solid? I was startled and quickly downloaded the configuration to check again, confirming that I hadn't uploaded the wrong one. Did you modify the configuration yourself during printing?

Nice model! Printed in Bambu PA6-GF, so I can dry my silica faster with higher temps 😁 I only have 1 issue, when tilting the tray some silica balls spill over the wall, is it possible that you can make another version where you can make the walls a little higher? (I painted the parts that should be extended red in the picture)

Yes, I have also noticed this issue and will find a way to optimize it later.

Thank you for your compliment! This is a customizable model. You can customize the size and diameter you need on the PC version of our website, so there's no need for scaling.

Perfect tray for drying silica beads 5 Stars – Absolutely brilliant design! I dried about 1.3 kg of silica beads using this tray – worked like a charm! Printed in ABS with the bed at 110 °C and the AUX fan set to 60%. Each drying cycle took around 90 minutes, mixing the beads every 20 minutes. After drying, I was left with about 1.1 kg – meaning it pulled out a solid amount of moisture. Super functional, sturdy, and efficient. Definitely 5 stars from me – rischdisch goil, junge! 🔥

Love the ability to customize, and the instructions how to make the grid work. Print worked awesome, scaled it down to fit in my small food dehydrator. Printed in PETG, running at 140F, hoping it doesn't melt!

tried printing this twice from bambu studio, no luck. First petg print failure i have had on my p1s. Printed another makers model similar to this no problem, not sure why this didn't print.

Bambu ASA white. printed with a brim but still had some lifting of the print on my X1C. probably needed the bed temp up a little higher and some fan tweaking, but wasn’t really concerned about it for this print, works great and fits well in my small shop microwave.
