I modified the STL from the AMS profile to make it double-sided. The problem was since it isn’t flat, I tried using supports. That didn’t end well. when I have some more time to tinker with it, I may try to flatten it on one or both sides but maintain the colors. If/when I do that, I’ll comment again. For now, here are pics of what I ended up with.

0.2mm layer heightPrint without supportsColorized with PLA Matte and Silk+.  Profile has both a 4-color and 5-color plate. The 5-color uses black for the eyes, 4-color substitutes this for more navy blue. Both look great, the black is just that little bit more detailed. Photo is the 5-color version printed on P1S using AMS 2 and AMS HT.

Initially, I took the secondary profile and copied the front to the back (mirrored) so it would be two-sided. It didn&#39;t work great, even with supports, and I couldn&#39;t figure out an easy way to flatten the faces. So I kinda re-engineered the faces. I bought some PNG and SVG files of the Bluey artwork and extracted the separate color paths and imported those SVGs into Tinkercad to make the colored design. Then Imported the original designer&#39;s (Jessie Makes Ears) creation STL and attached my new faces to their hinged body. &nbsp;I meticulously painted the model in Bambu Studio. It&#39;s not perfect, but feel free to redo if you choose. (I&#39;ll warn that not all the surfaces will paint/fill correctly, there was some manual touch-up done. So as long as you just substitute your filaments for the ones in the file instead of repainting it yourself, it should be fine.)  This is what I came up with and I&#39;m pretty happy with it.  I took color samples from the images I purchased to set the colors for the filaments in Bambu Studio for effect. I only have one AMS unit and didn&#39;t have the correct colors, so I had to do some substitutions for my sample print. But my print came out great first try. My 2 year old loved it. Hope you/yours does too! &nbsp;The model size in this profile is 145.8x200x17.9mm, so it estimated print time at 5h25m on my P1S (with the 8 colors in the profile).  My sample print was scaled down to 70x96x8.6mm and it printed in around 2 hrs using 4 colors. As long as you scale uniformly, it shouldn&#39;t mess with the hinging mechanisms.
