Introduction:

This coffee distributor tool is designed for baristas and coffee enthusiasts seeking to achieve a consistently even coffee bed in the portafilter. By leveling the coffee grounds smoothly, it promotes balanced extraction, resulting in richer and more consistent espresso shots. 

How to use it:

1. Pour your standard dose of coffee in portafilter

2. Then rotate distributor several times to get even coffee level:

Printing and assembling guidelines:

In proposed printing profile I’ve used modifier to reduce the layer height for the top 5 mm of the distributor in order to have better surface quality (0.10mm). For the rest of the part layer thickness is 0.16, you can even increase it up to 0.2.

For the best results you could sand a little bit the top surface, for me that works good without sanding even.
