Ranch life on the prairie fields.

I have created a set of 4 coasters depicting the life of a rancher in the fields. There is a cattledog, a cowboy, a cowgirl, and a pair of ranchers. All are set in golden fields of wheat as they herd their cattle.

Each of the print profiles includes a 100mm coaster, as well as a 200mm version with a hole inserted in the top to be hung as a wall plate if you prefer. Each print profile has negative spaces added to them to make sure they will “cut” the image and print at exactly the right size consistently across the 4. I do NOT recommend using the STL files to print these coasters, as you will not have the negative space overlaid on the image in the right places. If you have trouble selecting the second plate because of the negative space overlaid on top of it, you can select the plate through the objects tab in BambuStudio. I printed these coasters using a 0.4mm nozzle and they come out quite nicely in terms of definition of the lines. If you wish to use a 0.2mm nozzle, the definition will likely be even better. Each coaster uses the same 4 colors (black, white, dark brown and gold). Layer instructions are included in each print profile.

I also included a print profile for a custom sized coaster holder. This coaster holder is scaled to hold all four coasters perfectly if you add 4" round 2mm thick self adhesive cork rounds as backing (available on Amazon here). If you choose not to add the cork backing, you could print 2 sets (8 coasters total) to fit instead.

All photos you see are of the actual print. Using the same filament choices will give the same result. 3mf file is AMS ready to slice and print with height range modifier and layers prepared for you. If using the STL to print the file, apply color swaps by their mm height and use height modifications and infill instructions as per the directions provided. You can safely ignore any error message about floating regions. You do NOT need a prime tower if you are printing with the STL file. Finally, if you wish to scale the design, do NOT scale the Z axis.
