Description

Hello all,

 

i designed a new Riser for my Xtool F1 laser. On top i build a frame that the machine is aligned to the cut out.

I also designed a baseplate that stabilize the feeds and has also cut outs for the RA2 accesoire that its centered.

The Focus point of the F1 can not move so deep but you can slide up the baseplate.

 

For the Persons that are waiting for the RA2 Deluxe Base Plate here a small update.

I still miss one measurement to finish the Deluxe Baseplate. Please send me a PM with the measurement, Attached a Picture which measurement i need. When i recieve the measurement i will send you the File and kindly ask for a testprint and pictures of it. Its hard for me to design something without having the correct part on site.

The design is awesome, I made a few changes to give it more strength and be able to fit the RA2 Pro Deluxe kit on the riser.

Hi there I don't suppose you would mind sharing the file for the RA2 Pro deluxe bottom plate and the adjustment you have made?

do you just want the bottom plate? If so it does come in 2 pieces because it won't fit on my 256x256 plate. If Lars is interested I can post it all up but I would like to ask him first because it is his design and I do not want to improach.

Thank you for this fantastic riser! I finally managed to engrave Eklatera with the F1! A superb print, incredibly stable, and a perfect fit. I am very, very grateful for this model! It’s also great that the lower plate is height-adjustable. I am thrilled!

Thank you! Here are my settings for the glass: IR Point duration 470 Power %: 60 DPI: 524 Passes: 1 Jarvis, Bidirectional Wooden lid: Blue light Point duration: 450 Power %: 95 DPI: 447 Passes 1 Best regards

Is anyone else having this issue when printing the legs? I calibrated my machine before reprinting after the first problem, but it happened again. If anyone knows how I can prevent this, I would really appreciate the help. Thanks in advance!

hello all, the release for the RA2 Deluxe plate is close. i only need one measurement from you guys to finish it. sonce i have no deluxe edition i can not messure by my own. attached you see the picture and this is the messurement i need. the base plate + the deluxe attachment. without this measurement im not able to finish the project. please DM the measurement to me and you will get the BETA Version to print. after printing please test it and then send some pictures to me that i can upload it. best Lars

Let me first say that I know that this isn’t a flaw in the model! But when I try to print this in PETG HF, I’m getting this result (tried a few times). Can anyone recommend what needs to change here? I’m pretty new to 3D printing, so I don’t really know where to start.

hey, thanks for your comment. i alread finished the design to 99% only one measurement is missing. when you can measure it out for me i can send the beta Version to you that you can test print it. i dont have zhe delixe version so i need other people for testing. attached a picture which kind of measurement i need. i need the measurement with the normal base and the Deluxe attachment in mm. thanks in advance. best Lars
