Description
Zero clearance insert and fence for a Festool Kapex KS 60.
It does not have any impact on dust extraction. Insert can be easily replaced when damaged or can be used as a template for a wooden version.
Use double sides tape for the stop block on the back side of the saw to compensate the added thickness of the fence.
Print profile is included, optionally use brims on the corners to prevent warping due to the length of the fence parts.
I used 6 counter sunk screws m6x25 with nuts, the holes should align perfect with the holes in the original fence.
