<p>After testing <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer ugc" href="https://makerworld.com/en/@ddf3d.com"><strong>ddf3d.com</strong></a>&#39;s original 0.15mm print profile (which is excellent, btw) using PLA, we experienced a fracture on the joint where the handle connects to the loops. So I reinforced that area with an extra 25% infill, which seems to have done the trick! Because we printed over a dozen of these for our 2 year old&#39;s birthday party, and none of the reinforced ones broke! We gave them all at least 24 hours to cure after printing before using.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>I included custom text objects on the handles, which we customized with a birthday message and date! Feel free to replace my signature and the “&lt;3” text with whatever text you like. Those are just set there with my preferred embossed text effect. :)</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>I printed these with supports, because it resulted in a smoother handle (after scraping).
