Description

The ultimate Smooth AMS.

Here is a new version, the v3,0n. This one is slimmed, and I trimmed a lot of extra material. It has all the good of the previous generations and some more.

Yes, this one accommodates the large desiccant box.

Yes, it accommodates some of those popular oversized push buttons. (under 18mm wide).

I also did a nose job and slimmed it down a little. I removed some extra material and worked on the geometry to put the accent on light diffusion. I recommend printing it in Bambu Lab Clear PETg 100% infill. It is stunning in low light.

So you got it. The best got better and more versatile.

No, it's not for the Hydra Mod fan. The Hydra v2,2 is still the best for the Hydra Mod. But keep looking. Hydra v2,3 is close down the line.

The drawback of cutting so much is that now it's in PETg and prints solid. Yes, you can use ABS and carbon fiber, but it prevents the LED from shining. ABS with a minimum of 20% infill 3 WTB can't print faster, but it may become unstable.

Hey, do I have to explain again why you need it? I already explained it in previous versions. Here is the highlight in one line; It is just the best. LOL

Here are some of the main things;

Its first function is to prevent the spool from jumping.

It reduces the AMS force-feeding of the material and smoothens the operation.

It does have a 50mm radius to make the filament enter the AMS without friction and eat the AMS mouth.

The Teflon tube has many significant advantages;

Friction reduction.

It is a sacrificial part, is easy to replace (inexpensive consumable)

Act like a fishing line and eliminate the spool jerking.

Align the filament with the AMS.

PS uses real PTFE (Milky or white) 2mm bore by 4mm OD and cut 50mm length.

Don't get that inexpensive clear tube. It's not Teflon (PTFE). It's less rigid, with more friction and trouble at the end. Teflon is white (Milky at the most).

I did print many other things. None satisfy me, and they are not stable enough.

That's it. Enjoy
