  • Rubbermat x 4:

Description

Removed the original slot for risers and integrated a new frame designed to accommodate 90x90x15mm vibration isolation mats, such as those available for washing machines. This modification aims to effectively dampen vibrations from the direct drive wheel and pedal shakers, preventing transmission to the ground and enhancing overall stability.
(Also added some roundings for aesthetics)

Great, printed in Sunlu PETG. I used 7x25mm strips to hold them in addition to the 9x9x1.5 mm anti-vibration feet.

Awesome design! I just wish it would take the BXI equipment mat from Amazon, 4x4x0.8 inches. Really kills any vibrations from my treadmill. Tinkering this model to suit is beyond my current skillset 😔

I can try adjusting it if I find the time, but since I'm from Germany, you have to check yourself if it fits since we only got them in metric :)

Replying to @Daniel.Leistner :
Danke! This weekend I got on the coffee, and worked out how to do it. I've adjusted the design and it's printing now. 2 feet are out and they're fitting well! I'll upload it once I've got the last 2 out. Thanks again for a great design and base to work off 🙌

This is great, thanks for sharing it. I used an exacto / stanley knife to cut some 10x10x1.4cm blocks I got from the local Bunnings here in Australia

Yes i printed it without, it isn't the most beautiful surface but it prints and there are the rubber mats inside covering it anyway so i didn't bother with support :) (sorry for the late response ^^)
