Great design by @derDoc!  I wanted a print with a smoother surface to give as a gift, so this is a profile that optimizes for that.  You can see the difference in surface smoothness in the two photos comparing the base print profile to this one.  Adaptive layer height is on at 0.30, smoothed twice at 0.5.  I used adaptive cubic infill at 15% to reduce waviness in the flat surfaces.  Using adaptive cubic minimized the increase in print time and filament usage even when increasing to 15%.  Infill combination is on to reduce print time, but be aware this print will take longer than the basic profile!
