This is used to attach a 3 inch/76mm flex duct to a tent zipper window or door. It fills the gap around the duct. Make sure to print using a material that can handle the heat you intend to put through it.

The first print (with preset settings) separated despite 700mm^3 cleaning volume at the layer height of the support interface layer (PLA) (1st photo) I then glued it with superglue and baking soda (2nd photo) The second print, without a support interface layer, so the support purely with PETG and 2mm wall thickness as well as top and bottom shell thickness then came out very stable (3rd photo) the final result was then as it should be The model is really great and that's what matters primarily

I wonder if your purge value was not high enough and you got mixing of the PETG and PLA which caused the failure. Either way I'm glad you were able to make it work.

I had this Problem before, so for this print I have raised the purge value manually to 700mm^3. The result is what you See in the First picture. I dont know exactly what caused the Problem so i used PETG for support in the second print and in case it had thomething to do with the wall thickness i raised the walls and bottom and top layers to 2mm just in case.

The black is printed out of CC3D Polycarbonate and the silver out of Hatchbox ABS. I wasn't sure which would be the better approach for a friend's upcoming camping trip where he requested these. If he gives me a picture of one or both I will be happy to share them in action. Thanks for making this and sharing with the community!

I just got a EcoFlow Wave3 and it would need 2 ports going out of the tent. Would it be possible to get a 2 port version of this? I don't have the creation skills to do it, so I figured I would ask.

Can you make tis for a standard hose size on a portable air conditioner? I think it's a 5.9 hose. I want to use my portable black and decker ac in my tent.
