Car Jack Adaptor for BMW i3
Print Profile(2)

Description
Jogis Jack Adapter for BMW i3
(and presumably also many other BMWs)
It's time for winter tires, but my jack doesn't have a rubber pad, just bare metal.
You need an adapter for this.
A very special one for BMW - rectangular instead of round!
There are already ready-made print templates, but without measurements!
Of course, the first adapter won't fit my jack and the second won't fit the car!
So I quickly drew it myself.
TPU is ideal because it's like rubber.
Some people also print with PLA or PETG, but TPU is clearly better here!
The adapter consists of 2 parts because there are overhangs in the print and that's difficult with supports in TPU.
Part 1: rectangular connection for the BMW i3 (and others)
and it's 57mm x 29mm - so you can measure to see if it fits!
The height of the rectangular block is 14mm.
Part 2: The jack mount - I have a hardware store part like that.
The rubber is suitable for jacks up to 55mm outer diameter. The inner diameter is 41mm.
Print the two parts in TPU with 40% infill, connect them together, put them on the jack and have fun changing tires!
TPU compresses slightly, which creates a uniform contact surface.
Use at your own risk, of course!
After changing the tires to winter tires and after finding a screw in the winter tire, also back to summer tires, I can say that the part is still in perfect condition after use on 8 wheels, so 8x lifted.
Maybe I would print it with 60% infill next time.
