Description
I've always wanted to make a turbo lamp for my garage that featured a cone filter attached to it properly like it would be in real life. Having come across Sanja 3D's Air Filter Lamp I figured I could make a nice turbo base that utilized his lamp.
Printing the full size turbo, because of the height, will have to be printed on the bigger beds. I did create a separate profile with the turbo cut in half so its just the cold side that fits the A1 Mini bed. This also saves a bunch of material and has a lot less supports. Supports can be annoying to remove as always, but they should come off pretty easy.
Assembly is as easy as dropping the coupler piece over the inlet on the turbo (rough side down, flat size up) and pressing the fully assembled Air Filter lamp inside the inlet of the turbo. You can run the wire down through the middle of the turbo and out the bottom. This gives the Air Filter Lamp the look of being connected to the turbo via a silicon coupler. You could even use TPU for the coupler to make it look more like a silicon hose, only thing it'd be missing is worm clamps.
