Description

A real quick print and pretty cool toy for kids…

But it turns out as an "ultimate weapon" for propellers battle at the office as well :)

Cool model! Quick print and works well. However, I do not understand the purpose of the spiral portion being able to spin within the small ring-shaped part you hold with your bottom hand. If you hold the spiral from rotating during launch, you can get some extra angular momentum.

Thank you for your comment. The reason of having the "small bearing" at the bottom was to keep the launch smoother... because we tend to push harder and harder... to avoid the spiral getting stuck :)

After playing with it a bit more, I understand now. You can really let it rip. I can get it to fly 30+ ft across my house after a bit of practice. It also flies amazingly straight. Do you think it would scale up to a large outdoor version?

Not easy, but achievable with a little practice Flies at approximately 5 meters high
