Description
These coasters require a multicolor system, such as an MMU or AMS. The stand can hold up to 4 coasters. I have added spots on the bottom of the coaster and stand so you can add slip-resistant feet if desired. I use these ones. These are NOT required!
Print Settings
For best results, print these with the plaid design facing down. This requires great bed adhesion, as there will be many small pieces on the bed until the first layer is complete. Small nozzles are great for this (ex. 0.2mm), but I know that most people don't use them. Because of this, I printed many of these coasters using a 0.4mm nozzle and adjusted settings until they were perfect.
For best results with a 0.4mm nozzle, use the following settings for the coasters:
- 0.1mm first and second layer heights
- Reduce initial layer line width to 0.3mm
- 5 bottom layers
- High infill percentage for the last 4mm to help support the top surfaces
The stand needs no special settings.
If you are using a Bambu Lab printer, I have included the 3MF file with all of these setting already in place.
