This is a tire holder for indoor training (roller trainer) with a racing bike or gravel bike, supporting tire widths up to 40mm, including a 29mm version. Its underside features embossing to prevent the tire from slipping or twisting on the training mat

Update August 31, 2025

Versions for 29mm tire width with +10mm and +20mm added

Update May 25, 2025

29mm tire width version added

Update November 19, 2024

Today I added tire holders with different heights. These are used, for example, when attaching a "tennis ball rocker plate adapter" to achieve the same axle height

One version with +10 mm
One with +20 mm

The different heights are also well suited for the height difference of the Wahoo Kickr Core Tennis Ball modification

which one did you print for the road bike? I’ve got 700x30mm tires and I’m unsure which to print? I have the tennis ball mod on the Kickr core as well so I’m trying to decide

I scaled it up to 111% in width, so the 45mm gravel tire fits perfectly Printed in PETG Black Great - Thanks

Simple and functional. Scale the 40mm +20mm height model down to 90% and printed it in PETG-CF. Iit fits my 35mm tires perfectly. Bike now feels so much more secure with the front wheels in it. Thanks for the great model!

Did you use my print profile or just the file and sliced it yourself? It looks like PETG and a different infill to me The print worked for two others as well Try using the existing print profile, then it should also work This has already been printed over 40 times without any problems using this profile
