0.2mm layer, 4 walls, 15% infill
This is the best solution I've found so far - so many of the other attachment patterns made it way more complicated than it needed to be. Pro tip: heat the back of this up with a blow dryer or heat gun and push it against the surface where you want to install it. It will shape itself to match any contours on the surface and give you a much better bond once you glue it in place.
