Jandy Gold Standard Ball Valve Handle

This is a replacement handle for the 2 inch and 1-½ inch Jandy Gold Standard model pool ball valve with a 24mm handle shaft. My original handles degraded and broke within the first two years and they are not available as a separate replacement part. This is a very robust design which has held up well on my old, difficult to turn valves. I did not incorporate the quarter turn stops that the original handle has. The handle perpendicular to the valve is the closed position, the handle inline with the valve is the open position, just as the originals.

I printed with 7 walls and 60% triangle infill using Overture PC Professional filament. Other filament types may not have the strength for this application unless your valves operate with minimal effort. I tried PETG and it failed quickly in my application. No supports are necessary. Mine fit the valve shafts just snug enough to keep them in place but are easily removed. Of course PC filament requires an enclosed printer.
