Flight Control Board FCB01 for Thrustmaster TWCS

Flight Control Board 01 (FCB01)

This is my design of a button controller for the Thrustmaster TWCS.

The controller includes an Arduino Leonardo.

Required materials:

• 1 x Arduino Leonardo
  
• 1 x USB cable for Arduino Leonardo
  

• Buttons, encoder, and potentiometers

  
  

• I used the following screws
  
  
• Equipment for soldering and wires for wiring
  

The buttons I used require a recess in the holes of the front panel. Please pay attention to the corresponding dimensions. If your buttons do not have this, you can also extend the holes in the slicer with negative objects

If you want to use different buttons etc., there is also a neutral front panel in the print profile. You can place your own holes in the slicer with negative objects.

Please also note that I used PETG for the support interface on some parts where support was required.

I have included a corresponding diagram for wiring.

You can find the Arduino code I use to copy in the attached text document if you don't want to program the controller yourself.

It might work even better but I'm no specialist ;-). The code works very well for me, but if you have something better, I'd be happy to hear from you.
