I printed this using vase mode for filament efficiency Though slightly less stable, it serves its purpose

There is space enough for sleeved cards, and a little extra. (I use standard Utra Pro and Mayday. Both fit well with extra space to easily handle the cards.) Same for the smaller trays. (Not sure what sleeved I used for the smaller cards, though.)
