Scalpel Cover for Swann No.3 Handle & Blade 10A

Scalpel Cover of Swann-Morton No.3 Handle with 10A or 11 Blade. Not yet tested No.11 Blade, would be grateful if someone was able to confirm compatibility.

I wanted a lid for my scalpels, so they could be safely stored. I wanted something that was simple, safe, with a secure fit and used minimal materials. After printing several designs, I wasn't happy, so designed one for myself. It isn't as fancy as other designs, but in my opinion it works better.

NOTE on Handle Thickness

I have found that not all No.3 Handles are the same thickness. Please measure your handle between the grip and the blade, and select the appropriate cover for your handle. So far I've found they either measure 4.1mm or 3.8mm thick.

Print Settings

• Nozzle: 0.4mm
• Layer Height: 0.20mm
• Infill: 25%
• Orientation: Print upright with opening down
• Supports: None Required
• Brim: 5mm Outside Brim
• Material Use: 3.29g
