A height gauge to easily measure the height of a router bit or table saw blade, can also be used to measure the offset of a router bit (as pictured above).
3D printing isn't always 100% accurate, so best to check the gauge measures correctly before use. To ensure print accuracy be sure to set to print the outer wall first. In Bambu Studio go to Advanced>Quality>Advanced>Order of walls>outer/inner.
- Nozzle: 0.4mm
- Layer Height: 0.08mm
- Infill: 15%
- Orientation: Numbers facing up
- Supports: None
- Brim: None
- Special: Set outer wall to print first
This was printed on my Bambu Labs P1S printer with Hatchbox PLA at 0.08mm High Quality Settings. It used 12.9g of material and took 1h24m. That includes time for material change via AMS for the text.
