Who doesn't know the feeling, the battery dies and you have to buy a new one.

But it's just one cell that's defective, and taking apart the battery is a real pain, and then you have it put back together again, and then another cell dies shortly after.

That means, taking it all apart again !!

Not anymore!

Print a battery case.

Detach the connectors from the cells of the old battery and bend the corners 90 degrees

insert them into the new case, bend the contacts inside, done.

If a cell goes out now, use a thin object to insert into the designated holes

and pry the battery out.

I hope I have created something that is sustainable.

Enjoy.

could you extend the shell to build a 6 or even 8Ah battery from the 2Ah one? I would also like to print a frame between the original housing, but I'm a bit too stupid to construct it :(
