Description

This is a remix of the renowned Rugged Box by Whity, redesigned as a travel case for Philips Sonicare toothbrushes. It has a perfect fit, ensuring no rattling when closed. I incorporated ventilation holes with an elegant Voronoi design to aid in drying the brush.

To assemble this case, you will need six M3x30 screws to secure the latches to the box.
I used PLA for the case and TPU for the seal. The seal is not mandatory, because the box has holes anyway
This case is specifically designed to fit the Diamond Clean 9000, though all Sonicare models (except the kids' version) appear to be quite similar. If you print this model for a toothbrush other than the Diamond Clean 9000, please let me know if it fits.
I added a second print profile without ventilation holes.

It seems it also fits the Sonicare 4500. For Sonicare 4100 see Seans Remix.

Great design! It’s definitely oversized for the 4100/4000 series of brushes. Here are some measurements if you’d be able to have a smaller one? Or do you have your fusion design posted somewhere? Thanks!

@davschn would be curious to know if you would be able to tweak the model or maybe even share it. I'd just cut it, but the design is pretty cool and I think it would probably hose that up. Thanks!

Hey, it seems it is not only shorter but is also thinner on some dimensions. Just shortening the design would not give a nice snug fit. While creating this design i first took many measurements to design a copy of the brush and then used it as a template for the cut out. I'm happy to provide the step file but I think for a good design it has to be redone by scratch. Check your inbox for the step file

Took way longer than I choose to admit but I started from scratch and redid all the dimensions and voronoi styling. If I get some time in the next few weeks I’ll post on printables (maybe here too?). Thanks!

It's a little bit too long for the Sonicare 5300. But the upper parts fits snug, so still useful.

Sweet. There is actually exactly 20 mm extra room. Edit: With the lid, it looks like the shape is slightly different, so it does not close properly if the toothbrush is pushed all the way up. So I don't think it will work to only edit the space out.
