NHL COASTER
I am trying to create a coaster for every active and legendary player.
Ken Reardon - Defenseman (No. 5)
Ken Reardon, born on January 19, 1921 in Montreal, Quebec, was a former defenseman who played for the Montreal Canadiens. Drafted by the Canadiens in 1942 (1st round, 5th overall), he made his NHL debut in 1944.
Reardon was known for his toughness, solid defensive play, and ability to contribute offensively. He was a key player for the Canadiens during the 1940s, helping the team win the Stanley Cup in 1944 and 1946.
During his career, Reardon was also selected for the NHL All-Star Game, a testament to his on-ice excellence. His longevity in the league and his dedication to the team earned him the respect of his teammates and fans.
After his NHL career, Reardon continued to be involved in hockey, and his legacy endures as one of the iconic defensemen in Montreal Canadiens history.
