NHL COASTER
I am trying to create a coaster for each active and legendary player.
Jean Provost - Right Wing (No. 17)
Jean Provost, born January 6, 1932 in Montreal, Quebec, was a former right winger who played for the Montreal Canadiens in the 1950s. Drafted by the Canadiens in 1951 (1st round, 7th overall pick), he made his NHL debut in 1954.
Provost was known for his offensive talent and speed on the ice. During his time with the Canadiens, he contributed to numerous victories, participating in the 1960 Stanley Cup conquest.
Although he played a relatively short career in the NHL, Provost was a respected player for his commitment and determination on the ice. After his time in Montreal, he also played for other NHL teams, including the Detroit Red Wings and the Chicago Blackhawks.
Jean Provost remains a respected figure in the history of the Montreal Canadiens, known for his contribution to the team's success during a golden age of hockey.
