Imagine trying to simulate dynamic effects through 3D printing, so I decided to build a miniature naval battle scene using the standard carrier aircraft of the US Navy during World War II.
Note:
- 1. Since the fighter jets are nearly a 1:200 scale, they cannot be printed with a 0.4 nozzle. A 0.2 nozzle is needed to ensure a certain level of detail. All other parts can be printed with a 0.4 nozzle. The propellers are quite difficult to simulate and can be left off, as they won't be visible when spinning anyway.
- 2. The top of the ocean floor uses a spiral line, which may result in small gaps in some depressions. You can switch to the default pattern.
- 3. Several negative parts are set in the ocean floor for placing smoke. You can rearrange them or delete them. The default supports may be difficult to remove. Adjust them according to the specific conditions of your printer (even if a small part breaks, it won't affect the model too much).
- 4. The aircraft wings can be inserted into the smoke for fixing. If you have other aircraft models with wings that can be plugged in, you can also use them as replacements.

The ocean waves will look better after being colored. To simulate the deep sea, I chose a darker blue-purple. You can also choose a lighter blue to increase the overall brightness.
