  • Stainless_Steel_Flat_Washers x 12: 3/8"x3/16"

Description

This is a set of 12 crimps, all with varying degrees of positivity. Each hold is hand modeled to be super comfortable on the wall. The top edges of each hold in this set ranges from roughly 20mm to 35mm in depth.

I prefer to print these holds in PLA Matte.

Use 3/8" Standard socket bolts to mount them! Typically, this is done with a corresponding 3/8" T-Nut.

Each hold has an integrated slot for a stainless-steel washer for increased strength!

Washers that I use these from Amazon: AMLOOPH Flat Washers 3/8"x3/16"

Using a layer height of 0.15mm, add a pause at layer 70. Once the print pauses, insert a washer into the integrated washer slot for each hold.

I print all 12 holds at once on my P1P. It takes around 10 hours to get to the pause when I add the washers. Then another 6ish hours to finish the print.

Every hold has been set and tested in my local rock-climbing gym. The holds feel slippery when first printed, but the moment you use any climbing chalk on them they feel amazing (trust me haha)

Happy climbing! :)

Been printing these and trying in my home gym. 50% Infill 4 Wall Loops tested solid! I did some change and improvement for the Screw washer placement and cover the previous screw hold placement. Washer for the bolt part also scale down abit because the Ori bolt washer quite shaky sound in the holds. Overall Quality improved I guess. Can have a try ~ Love to hear some feedback from you guys.

black ABS at 75% infill, maybe could go down to 50% adding 3 extra perimeters (only with ABS). BTW great model and perfect fuzzy settings

Very happy with these. I printed in PLA and only the. large one in the back deformed the rest came out great. Very interesting texture, I am curious how that was done I’ll have to look into that it could be very useful in other applications. Used the skip feature on thr P1S for the first time, outstanding feature!!!!

Is 100% infill really necessary? I'm gonna use them for my kids :)
