This trail jack features a 3-piece telescopic construction made from lightweight aluminum tubing, making it incredibly easy to store. 📦 At just 23.5 cm when folded, it fits neatly into most tool rolls. The design includes three sliding aluminum tubes, a support yoke at the top, and a flexible, anti-slip rubber foot ( Print in TPU) at the base, the parts slide into one another. 🧳✅

The 90-degree yoke at the top of the trail jack offers a wide, flat surface to provide stable support under the swing arm. 💪 Additionally, the vertical part of the yoke can hook into a vent hole in your motorcycle’s skid plate.

What do I need :

• PAHT-CF / ASA Filament
• TPU Filament

• Aluminium Tubing wall thickness of 1 mm

  -16mm x 190mm

  -20mm x 170mm

  -24mm x 190mm

• two clips 5/32"X2-15/16"
• 2 rivets with a size of 2 and 3 mm
• Velcro strap min 20cm long
• 5mm Drill Bit (A stand drill with a clamp would be useful)

This custom trail jack is **very easy to build**! 🛠️ You only need **three different sizes of aluminum tubing** (I used 16mm, 20mm, and 24mm with a wall thickness of 1 mm), which should fit smoothly inside each other.

After cutting the tubes to your desired length (I cut the tubs in 16mm x 190mm, 20mm x 170mm and 24mm x 190mm), just **drill the holes 5mm** as shown in the example photo. The exact placement doesn’t need to be super precise, but the holes should go **straight through both sides** of the tubing to ensure stability.

You will also need **two clips** to secure the tubes and a **Velcro strap** to keep everything together when storing it. 👌
