Not for 5 years old, more like 4 as my smaller than normal 5.5yo could not fit in it.
The model is overall quite good, the ears came off with the support though.
I think cutting the model in two would make it easier and less costly, specifically having the dome at the top click in the bottom would reduce a ton of support.
