small clip that i designed to make bites after dark on the river audiable. i purchased the bells from hobby craft ( https://www.hobbycraft.co.uk/silver-jingle-bells-20-pack/6605491000.html ). insert bell loop onto clip. place clip on tip if rod and slide down until its tight.
