This profile has the internal connector peg hole scaled down to 92% for compatibility with A1/A1 mini while keeping the outer size at 100% to make it look nice and full. I&#39;ve added 3 plates: a no-AMS version with a pause at the relevant layer, an AMS version with a color change at the relevant layer, and a 2-color version.Settings:0.4mm nozzle, 0.08mm layer, 2 walls, 15% infill, ironing on all top layers

Set up for a standard 0.4mm nozzle and 0.2mm heights with a pause for the top four layers to print in a contrasting color (I used White and Glow Blue PLA).&nbsp;There&#39;s a pause for manual load/unloading for the color swap. Since the model is also painted you could simply remove the pause and let your AMS do it for you. This also ensures if you are printing with materials that have different properties (like in my case PLA Glow has an MVS of 18mm³/s and PLA Basic has an MVS of 21mm³/s) they will both print cleanly, even if you do a manual swap without an AMS.&nbsp;More importantly, the provided model geometry did not fit - it spun loosely. The hole in the mesh is 4mm which printed at 3.7mm, too loose to hold on to the 3.5mm pin.&nbsp;I filled it in and added holes at 3.9mm, 3.8mm, and 3.7mm. Printed them all and 3.8mm actually printed at 3.5mm and fits the pin perfectly. I have disabled the other two in the print profile but left them included in case you want to try all three so you only have to print it once to get the perfect fit.&nbsp;Applied general quality settings that yield a cleaner print. Left ironing on since it actually did nicely on this one.

<h2>Aperture Science Extruder Wheel</h2>I had to do it. The moment I unboxed this printer, Portal came to my mind.I wasn&#39;t particularly fond with other implementations present on this platform, so I made my own. I tried to keep the shape faithful to the factory wheel.This was printed using a 0.2mm nozzle. The profile provided (0.08mm high quality) is practically no different from the default one, except it has ironing enabled. The model on the photo was printed with no ironing. Since I have no AMS, this is a dual color print with a pause inserted midway.<boostme><boosttitle>Boost Me</boosttitle><boostcontent>I have now removed my profile from public visibility and urge you to use other top rated profiles for the 0.4mm nozzle as they seem to work better.
