Description

Foosball Crown given to the current champ of a foosball tournament. You can print gems in different colors.

Printing Instructions:

  • Use tree type supports with a threshold angle of 30
  • Brim is not needed but you can keep your settings at Auto with a brim width of 5mm
  • Set Sparse infill density to 15% and use the Honeycomb pattern
  • Layer Height: 0.2 mm
  • Wall loops: 2
  • Colors/Filaments:
    • 1st Color is for the crown, I recommend a Silk Gold PLA
    • 2nd Color is for every other diamond on the chest. I used Red
    • 3rd Color is for the remainder of the chest diamonds. I used Blue
    • 4th Color is to the triangle gem like shapes near the bottom of the crown. I used Bambu's Transparent PETG, but I also thought green would be a good choice.
    • Feel free to select all PLA or PETG when printing from a Bambu Handy app. It  slice it for you, adjusting Filament profile to the selected type.
    • I used whatever filament I had to print mine, here are some recommendations for possibly better results:
      • I used a translucent blue PETG filament which I think looks nice, but it's probably best that you print them all as the same type.
        • Note: I eventually used PLA as supports for a model that I was printing PETG, I was surprised how easy it was to remove the PLA supports, hence the reason why you should consider using on filament type.
      • Some of the gems where printed with flat colored filament because it was what I had, I recommend using glossier PLA filament instead; a variation of Silk PLAs should give you better results on the gems.
      • Lastly is the blue than me. as this should  with different color variations for each diamond/gems.
  • Estimated print time was around 12hr
