Hub Cap for Thule Chariot

I changed the shape from the original Thule hub cap to avoid printing issues, including the need for supports. I made the center area 1.1mm thick to allow pressing the wheel release nuts with the caps in place. Printed at 0.28mm layer height, this makes the center area 4 layers thick.

This is intentionally on the thicker side to protect from curb rash and inadvertent pressure on the release mechanism.
