Description

This is an adapter for the Dremel220 drill press that holds a Hakko FX-8801 soldering iron tightly in place. The clasp allows for quick release when you need to use the iron to solder.

The adapter and hinged clamp are print in place.

The clasps are printed separately.

For the clasp you will need:

(1) 1.75mm x 21mm metal shaft. (I used a small nail)

(1) 1.5mm x 15.5mm metal shaft

Note: The model pictured is V1, this model is V2. The only difference between the two is that V2 has the clamp rotated 30 degrees to make the clasp easier to open and the adapter has been reinforced.
