Description
!!!! Make sure you download all the separate pieces --→>>>> !!!
(if you download stl/cad files you get a .zip file with everything in it)
winter is coming.
So also the need for birds to find food.
My wife likes to spread fat balls throughout the garden. but we have a dog that is always lurking to chase away or catch the birds.
This got me started designing, I drew a bird feeder.
spent a whole week working on it, thinking about how it could best be made, test prints so that everything fit properly
(i got out of chocolate on the house itself lol, explaines the colorchange..).
I'm going to put it on a pole and insert the pole into the parasol base.
the base I made for this will not be for everyone (52mm), but it can be glued to the house at the bottom, there are also 4 holes for screws
(but then you have to drill into the house first if you use the base, make sure that the inner inlay matches the bottom inlay)
2 bolts are also printed at the base, 92.5% scale.
fits perfectly into the pole holder (just like umbrella's do).
I'll upload all 3MF's separately, because each plate has different settings.
Take a good look at which ones you still need, colors can be chosen per plate, so be creative :)
if possible here at bambu i'll upload a .Zip file with all files in.
-Birdhouse_body+ roof (2plates)
-Birdhouse_bottom_inlay
-Birdhouse_feedtube
-Birdhouse_landingstrip (2plates)

i decided to upload it to Makersworldinstead of selling it on cults.
so everyone can make it to feed the birds.

Wonderfull for me ! :)
building instructions:
print all parts, put the bottom inlay into the body (use some glue)
press all the dowels from the landing strip file into the holes on the side of the body (glue again)
put the landing strip on the ends of the dowels (glue again)
press the roof_tube file on top of the body. the bigger brim flush with the body top, should fit well but i added some glue. that part stay's there when opening the roof.
insert the feed tube into the body true the center.
place the roof. to fill the tube remove the roof.
when using the umbrella stand, you can glue it to the body, or drill 4 holes. if you drill make sure the innerbody inlay matches the stand , it will make the screws attach firmly.
Thanks :)
