I designed this ball so i was able to mount a Carplay device on my motorycle, i got tired of waiting for the delivery of the product so i made my own!

 

Can be printed ir whatever material you want, the profile is set PLA for simplicity but i made them in PLA to test and also ASA to use daily!

I designed it for my motorcycle while I was waiting for the original one to be delivered. I printed it in ASA, and it’s still there the original is in the box 😂

This is nothing related to the print profile, I printed a few dozens also others have printed it and all perfect, might wanna service your printer or check if you choose the correct printer version

Worked out pretty well in my printed RAM mount. Some prints turned out well but a bunch turned out with some rough textures. I'm sure this is a problem on my end and not the print profile since I was able to get some good ones. I did find that I needed to wrap the heads in some silicone tape to make it grip better in the printed mount but the factory ones are rubberized as well so this wasn't surprising to me. Boosted!
