Gridfinity router cutter bit base plate

These Gridfinity baseplates are specifically designed for cutters with ¼-inch and ½-inch collets. The baseplates can be configured as a single or double for ¼-inch cutters and a single for ½-inch cutters. Additionally, I’ve created a version with an extended slot, allowing for the storage of longer ¼-inch bits within your storage box.

To complete the setup, you'll need to print a compatible grid for your storage box, which can be generated online or downloaded, depending on the type of storage box you're using. In my case, I used the Systainer Mini, which worked perfectly. I downloaded the corresponding grid baseplate from Printables. You can find the model here: Systainer Mini Gridfinity.

To secure the baseplates to the grid, I used 6mm x 2mm magnets. These magnets should be pressed into the grid and glued to the bottom of the baseplate. For each baseplate and grid, I used two magnets, creating a very strong connection that securely holds everything in place.
