📝 Description:

"Ruben – Paw Patrol" Lightbox – A decorative lamp inspired by the builder pup from the famous children's series. 🚜🐶
With its LED lighting, it diffuses a soft and colorful ambiance, perfect for a child's room or a playful corner. 🌟

⚠️ Unofficial fan art – Personal use only, no affiliation with Nickelodeon or Paw Patrol.

About the lighting:

💡 For lighting, I use this complete LED kit, easy to install and perfectly suited to my models:

👉 LED strip kit 1.5 m – Neutral white (Leroy Merlin)

📦 For a clean and functional finish, I also designed a cable cover compatible with all my AR shells, downloadable here:

👉 Cable Cover on MakerWorld

✨ Tip: To improve light diffusion, I recommend adding a piece of aluminum tape to the bottom of the box. The result is more homogeneous and brighter!

🛠️ Tips for perfect adhesion in 3D printing:

Clean your build plate thoroughly before each print. Grease residue, dust, or fingerprints can impair adhesion and cause detachments.

Check build plate calibration: a well-leveled plate ensures a uniform and well-adhered first layer.

Use an appropriate adhesion surface: depending on your material, apply a thin layer of glue stick, an adhesive spray, or a specific tape (e.g., Kapton, BuildTak).

Adjust the build plate temperature correctly to promote adhesion according to the material used (PLA, ABS, PETG, etc.).

Reduce the print speed of the first layer: a slower speed allows for better filament adhesion to the build plate.

Plan for a "skirt" or a "brim" in your slicer to stabilize the first layer and limit warping.

love it but wish it was 3 layers thick not 5. I made a few color corrections on the collar, ear and backpack to match better! also made a cut out in the bottom not the back so it can lay flat against the wall to hang it up if wanted.

Thank you for your boosts. From experience, 1mm thickness at 0.20 is the best technique for optimal rendering. But afterwards, you are free to modify the thickness in the slicer by adjusting dimension parameters or layer height, for example at 0.28, but the result will not be great
