PROFILE SETTINGS FOR 0.4MM NOZZLE PRINTAll tiles scaled to 23mm wide (x-axis) x 30mm tall (y-axis) x 13mm deep (z-axis) for standard American Mahjong tile size. Also added some material to the outer shell of each tile, and then hollowed out the tile interiors with 10% gyroid infill. Profile is set for the default size 0.4mm nozzle with 0.16mm layer height and still retains a good amount of all the fine details in the tile designs. I printed on my A1, so print speeds are slowed down some from default settings, and the arrangement is spread out to use almost a full 256mm x 256mm size bed plate (for the 3x plates with 36x tiles each).&nbsp;Profile contains 160x tiles total (including 36x bamboos, 36x dots, 36x characters, 8x seasons, 16x winds, 12x dragons, 10x jokers, and 6x blank tiles) in various colors of PLA. 7x print plates total for the full set of 160x tiles (plates 1 through 7), although you could still combine a few of the less populated tile plates to make it a bit more efficient.&nbsp;Plates 8-12 in this profile contain an optional <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer ugc" href="https://makerworld.com/en/models/2457053-full-mahjong-set-case-all-196-tiles-a1-mini#profileId-2697792">stackable tile storage tray design from @dylankyang</a> that I chopped, and re-scaled to fit my re-scaled tiles here. This modified tray fits 32x of my re-scaled tiles (23mm x 30mm x 13mm), so for the full set of 160x tiles, 5x of the tray bases are needed (print plate 12 five times). Each stacked tray acts as a lid for the tray below it, so only one lid is required at the top of the stack. There are four different lid design options included in the upload (plates 8, 9, 10, and 11), but only one of any of those lids is needed.&nbsp;Profile default settings are for textured PEI plate, but I used a smooth (G10) plate to print my tile set, just to keep all the tiles as smooth as possible.&nbsp;Ironing the top surfaces is turned ON in this profile currently (for the tiles and for the color character parts of the tray lids), but may need minor adjustment (or turning off) based on your individual filament(s) and printer.
