Description

Based on a previous design, the Battery Puck designed for the range bag, this one simply holds 4x 18650 batteries in a watertight container. Made by request for some good caving friends of mine, it's a simple storage container that can go in the bag and carry the spare 18650s until needed. The container is about IP64 for water resistance, perfect for hunting, camping, caving, anything in a moisture-potential environment where you're carrying these spare batteries.

Can be printed in place, no supports. The color change can be removed as well. Leaving it in just prints “18650” on the lid. The o-ring pictured is one I picked up at ACE Hardware, model 56019-b. It's exact dimensions are:

ID 1-5/8"

OD 1-¾"

WIDTH 1/16"

INDUSTRY #030

I've tried thicker o-rings on them, which is what I supplied to my caving friends, but for my purposes, the 1/16th is great. Printed in PETG just because I expect it to be outdoors and needs to handle sunlight.
