Description

A 3D-printed gearbox for mixing electrolyte in metal plating setups is a compact, durable device. Made from high-strength, corrosion-resistant materials like PETG or ABS (but can be also printed in PLA) it houses precision gears optimized for smooth, low-speed mixing. A small motor drives the gears, ensuring consistent stirring of the electrolyte to maintain an even particle distribution. The gearbox features an open casing with easy access for maintenance and is designed to resist chemical degradation, making it ideal for electroplating 3D-printed plastic parts.
