The Modular Sorting Box System!

This is a modular box system you can use to organize various small parts. Ideal for any hobbyist, whether it's model building, electronics, or construction blocks.

The main profile contains all printable parts. Separately, all parts are also available individually under “STL Download”.

In the print profile, the stands are already pre-sliced. This significantly improves the print result. However, both halves must be glued together afterwards. If desired, you can of course also print the stands in one piece. Theoretically, the two outer walls are sufficient for a functional system. You also don't have to build around the “corner” (30-degree adapter). Or you can build a complete circle…as you wish. Your imagination knows no bounds. However, it is helpful to plan beforehand what is actually needed. ;-)

Did I mention that the system is compatible with Skadis (IKEA)? Suitable stands and rails are included in the profile and in the “STL” files. (Note: since the Skadis system has its own grid pattern, some box combinations will not fit!)

The boxes can be inserted at 90 degrees or at a slight angle, again 30 degrees. It goes without saying that mixed arrangements can lead to physical problems. You can do it!!!!

I printed everything with PLA. However, for the holders, I recommend PETG. This aids assembly, as it makes the holder rods slightly more flexible. Nothing needs to be glued unless it's for eternity. ;-)
