The design of this device has been optimized to eliminate the need for supports, allowing it to be printed in a single print. The design incorporates 608 bearings. While you can also choose to print the bearings, considering the silence and stability of the device, I highly recommend using 608 bearing hardware.

This device has the following key features:

• The working platform has a diameter of 130mm and a thickness of 3mm. The base has a diameter of 70mm. The height after assembly is 36.

• The platform filling utilizes a spiral pattern, making it easy for users to determine the center. The center area of the platform ensures structural strength, with local modifications to ensure minimal material use.

   

• 

• The base contact surface uses a circular ring contact, ensuring stability at every angle and preventing any up and down rotation. This height also meets the requirements of use.

• 

• The design employs an interference fit method to ensure a tight fit between the bearings and the two parts, preventing any movement. If you find any gaps during installation (material variations can occur, and tolerances are difficult to avoid), you can use a knife to polish the pin, making it thicker overall.

• 

• To effectively minimize gaps and achieve tight fit, I conducted multiple experiments and revisions on the pin. Ultimately, the optimal size and fit solution were determined.

• After the parts are installed, there will be no interference issues, ensuring that all rotation is transferred to the bearings.

  How to use:

• The current method of rotation is manual.

  

  Note:

• During installation, try to ensure that both the top and bottom surfaces of the bearings are flush with the printer surface.
• You can spray WD40 on the bearings, which will make it smoother.
