Culligan water filter wrench for WH-S200-C

Designed a wrench to shut off the water for a Culligan whole house water filter when I want to replace the filter cartridge.

I had pipes in the way on one side so I could not use the OEM one that came with the filter.

This one puts the handle 90 degrees to the “filter” position instead of in line with the pipes.
