first I printed the main file and I couldn’t screw the pieces together so I reprinted it with this profile and it worked perfectly!

Good file but needed just a little tweaking to make it a better model. I separated the objects and increase the top screw lock piece to 101% and then i decreased the magnet screw piece to 99%

great design. I bumped up the finish with a .16 quality layer & split the stl into objects. I set the top nut x-y hole compensation to .1mm and the bottom magnet holder to -.1mm x-y contour compensation and threads worked effortlessly on my P1S.

Other Issues:it is a bit hard to screw together the bottom part and the item.

I tried different threading, but this was the best result. I loosened the threads by going back and forth 1/4 turn a few times, then screwing further and repeating. It takes a few minutes, but it ends up working.

It’s hard to assemble, I don’t think you took into account the material tolerances. While the print looks good, the fact that it's unusable like this and I have to throw it away says it all

Very helpful to the laser workflow! Threads were tight as some other users have mentioned, but after running them on and off a few times they actually feel pretty good. I'd rather have them a little tight than a little loose.
