Description

Diving a little into crypto mining, my first choice (after the obligatory Nerd Miner V2 :-) ) was the lucky miner LV06, which - after all - is similary but unfortunately not identically designed as the BitAxe. However, after successfully flashing the BitAxe image onto my miner, the possibilities over overclocking seemed pretty intriguing, but as it is always the case: no overclocking without a rise of temperature.

There seems to be a vast variety of BitAxe addons availabe, but nothing I could use for my LV06, so here is my design.

The idea is to excavate the miner from its rather unspectacular enclosure, set it in a quite stable angle, add some heatsinks to the components on the back and put a Noctua NF4x20 PWM fan behind it - an start with overclocking!

I printed this design in PLA, but - depending on the planned overclocking I might also print one in PETG (but for the time being PLA seems just fine).

The main part should be printed lying on its side.

The smaller part should be printed lying on its top.

Supports required!

Additionally used (couldn't complete the corresponding section without items from the Bambu Store!?):

1 x Heatsing 14x14 mm

1 x Heatsink 9 x 9 mm

1 x Noctua NF4x20 PWM 5V (it comes with a PWM splitter cable which can be used as well)
